How does yearly pricing work?
Pay for a year up front and get 12 months for the price of 8. It's charged once and renews once a year until you cancel.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Prepay 1, 3, or 12 months with crypto. A full year costs the price of 8 months, and nothing renews by itself.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from Billing whenever you like. We show you the price difference before anything changes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel your card subscription from Billing and it won't renew. You keep premium until the end of the period you paid for. Crypto payments never renew. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Please read it before you buy, and write to us if something isn't working. We'd rather fix it.
How do the included proxies work?
While your plan is active, Pro adds 1 GB of residential proxy traffic to your balance every month and Max adds 5 GB. You can buy extra packs at any time.
Is BoltVeil really free?
Creating an account and earning Bolts are free. Bolts turn into premium days, and premium days are what connect, so a free account without premium days can't connect. It's earned time, not an unlimited free plan. See how Bolts work.
How many devices can I use?
Up to 10 devices at once on Max, and fewer on Plus and Pro. WireGuard runs on one device at a time; your other devices connect with OpenVPN on the same account. A router uses one connection and covers everything on its network.
