These terms govern your use of BoltVeil (the "Service"), operated by SSWAP MEDIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy and No-logs Policy explain how we handle your data.
1. The Service
BoltVeil provides:
- A VPN: configuration files and QR codes for the official WireGuard and OpenVPN apps, and our own apps where available, connecting to servers in the locations listed on our servers page. A firewall mode runs OpenVPN over TCP port 8080 for networks that block the usual VPN ports.
- Residential proxies: access to a residential proxy network, with traffic included in some plans or bought in prepaid packs.
- Rewards: Bolts, reward points you can earn and redeem for premium time.
The VPN servers and the proxy network are operated by infrastructure partners under contract with us. Locations, servers and features may change over time.
A VPN protects your connection; it does not make you anonymous. We do not promise that any particular website, app or streaming service will work through the Service, or that you will appear to be in a particular place to any given site.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- One account per person. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password, configuration files and proxy credentials safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@boltveil.com straight away if you suspect someone else is using it.
- Your plan is for you and the people in your household, within its device limit.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in a country under comprehensive US sanctions or appear on a US sanctions list.
3. Plans and payments
- Plans, prices, device limits and included proxy traffic are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes are added where they apply.
- Card plans renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Crypto plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months and do not renew automatically.
- If a card payment fails, we try again for a short time. If it still fails, your plan ends and your account moves to the free plan.
- We may change prices. A new price applies to your plan only from your next renewal, and we will email you at least 30 days before.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. The free plan and Bolts
- You can create an account for free and earn Bolts with the daily check-in, the daily spin, missions, invites and offers. The VPN is active on the free plan only while you have premium time redeemed with Bolts.
- Bolts are reward points, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and can only be redeemed in BoltVeil for what we offer, such as premium days.
- We set how many Bolts each activity gives, the daily limits and what Bolts can be redeemed for, and we may change them.
- Bolts for offers are credited when our offerwall partner confirms the offer. If the advertiser later reverses it, we take those Bolts back, and your balance can go below zero.
- Offers are provided by third-party advertisers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what you do with them, and they decide whether an offer was completed.
- If we ever end the rewards program, we will give you at least 30 days to redeem your Bolts.
5. Residential proxies
- Proxy traffic is prepaid. Traffic included in your plan is added to your balance each month while the plan is active, and packs are added when you pay. When your balance runs out, the proxies stop until you add more.
- Use the proxies only as allowed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which includes extra rules for proxies.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no fraud of any kind, including offerwall, survey, rewards and ad fraud and multi-accounting; no spam, attacks, malware or illegal content; no scraping that breaks the law; and no sharing or reselling your account.
7. Third-party software and services
The official WireGuard and OpenVPN apps are made by their own developers and come under their own licences. Payments are processed by Stripe and CCPayment under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party apps, offers or websites.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, add or remove locations, and improve or change features. If we remove a paid feature that is central to your plan, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of your current period.
9. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if you open a chargeback, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Service, our partners or other people at risk. Serious breaches, including fraud, are closed without refund.
- When an account is closed, any Bolts and premium time on it are lost.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including about uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. Some countries restrict or ban VPNs. You are responsible for using the Service lawfully where you are.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Your responsibility to us
If you break these terms or the law while using the Service, and that causes a claim against us by someone else, you are responsible for the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before starting any formal dispute, please write to support@boltveil.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in its courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and email you about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
